Help, starting with the honest answer.

Most people arrive here asking how to get Qovaryx running. Right now you can’t, and we would rather say that in the first sentence than bury it behind a setup guide for software you cannot obtain.

Ch. 01 — The question everyone asks

“How do I get Qovaryx?” You cannot, right now

There is no download to give you. The previous build went out of date, and rather than leave a stale trading tool up for people to install, we took it down. Nothing has replaced it yet.

What exists instead is a release list. Put your address on it and you get one message when there is a build worth installing — not a drip campaign, not a countdown. There is no ship date, because the next build ships when it has been through evaluation and not before.

If you want to watch the work in the meantime, the research write-ups and the build log on the channel are both public, and the Discord is where release news lands first.

Ch. 02 — Where to take a question

Four places to take a question.

Support is a person, not a ticket queue. Picking the right one gets you an answer faster.

01

You want to know when it ships

The release list is the only channel that gets a message the day a build is available. It is the answer to “notify me” in every form.

02

You want to talk to other people using it

The Discord is where release news lands first and where we answer the things that are not worth writing an episode about.

03

You want to know how it actually works

The research write-ups explain the evaluation method and the design decisions behind it, in enough detail to argue with. The build log on the channel covers the failures.

Billing, an account question, a privacy request, or something that does not fit the boxes above. A person reads it and replies.

Ch. 03 — What the software is

A local instrument, not a service you log into.

The most common misconception is that Qovaryx is a hosted product that watches your account from our side. It is not. It is a desktop application, and the analysis happens on your machine.

01

Runs on your computer

A Windows desktop application. The analysis runs locally on an ordinary CPU — no dedicated graphics card required, and no market data is sent to a cloud model to be read.

02

You keep your own broker relationship

It connects to a brokerage account you already have, using credentials you hold. We never take custody of funds or securities, and we are not in the middle of your order flow.

03

You set the limits

Position caps, loss limits and the on/off switch are yours. Higher-risk settings require a typed acknowledgement, and several conditions stop activity automatically regardless of what you selected.

04

We publish no performance figures

Any return, win rate or accuracy number attributed to Qovaryx did not come from us. What we will describe is the method — and the method is mostly rejection.

Ch. 04 — Brokers

Which brokerages it connects to.

Seven connections have been built. What each one supports differs — simulated-account availability, stocks, options and multi-leg orders are checked separately, and the software will not send an order type a connection does not declare. All seven are US brokerages.

Tradier — options chain, multi-leg, simulated and live accounts.
Built
Alpaca — simulated account free, multi-leg on live.
Built
Charles Schwab — authorised through Schwab’s own developer flow; multi-leg supported.
Built
Robinhood — long equities only, through Robinhood’s official integration. Options are not enabled on this route.
Equities only
Tastytrade — multi-leg spreads, separate certification environment for simulated trading.
Built
TradeStation — streaming quotes, multi-leg orders, separate simulated endpoint.
Built
Interactive Brokers — requires IBKR’s own gateway running locally on your machine.
Beta

Not seeing your broker? Non-US brokerages are not supported. If you are outside the US but hold a US brokerage account with one of the seven above, the connection works the same way.

Ch. 05 — Questions

Everything else we get asked.

If your question is not here, email it. The answers below are the ones we can stand behind while the next build is still in evaluation.

Can I download it today?

No. Downloads are paused and there is no installer to hand out. The release list is the only way to be told when that changes.

When is the next release?

There is no date, and we will not invent one. The next build ships when it has been through the evaluation described on the home page, and not before. We would rather be late than ship a trading tool we cannot defend.

Is Qovaryx financial advice?

No. It is analysis software. Trading stocks and options involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. You are responsible for the limits you configure and for monitoring your own account. See the Risk Disclosure and Terms of Service for the full statement.

What does it cost?

The subscription price and trial terms are set out in the Terms of Service and the Refund Policy. Nothing is being sold right now — checkout is closed while downloads are paused, so there is nothing to charge you for.

Do you see my trades, positions or account balance?

No. The analysis runs on your machine, and your broker traffic goes between your machine and your broker. We are not in the middle of it. What reaches us is limited to licensing and update metadata — the full list of what is and is not collected is in the Privacy Policy.

Does it need a graphics card?

No. It is designed to run on an ordinary CPU. That is a deliberate constraint rather than a limitation we are apologising for — the reasoning is written up in CPU, not cloud.

Mac or Linux?

Windows only. There are no macOS or Linux builds, and none are announced.

Can I change the signal logic?

No. You control the risk envelope — broker, limits, watchlist, on and off. The analysis logic itself is fixed, deliberately: something that has to be reproducible under audit cannot also be the part the user edits.

Futures, forex or crypto?

Not supported. Stocks and options on US markets only.

How many machines can one licence cover?

Two machines that you own or personally control. The governing text is §4 of the Terms of Service.

What happens to my installation if the company stops operating?

The application keeps running on the build you already have, because the analysis is local and your broker connection does not route through us. What you would lose is future updates and support.

I have a billing or privacy request.

Email [email protected] from the address on the account. For a privacy request, use the subject line “Privacy Request” — the procedure and response timeframes are in §7 of the Privacy Policy. For refunds, see the Refund Policy.
